Profile
Tobias joined the USC School of Law as Director of Web Services in 2004. During the previous eleven years, he was the University Webmaster for USC, and during that time also served as the manager of the Internet Solutions Group for USC Computer Services, where he was responsible for the the coordination, planning, and implementation of web-based projects.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Armstrong State College in Savannah, Georgia.
He received his Master of Library and Information Science degree from the library school at USC, and is pursuing a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the USC College of Education. He has taught University 101 at USC and Internet Communications at Midlands Technical College.
His special interests include communications, and technology and its use in higher education.
