Judge South Carolina Court of Appeals; Elected to the Court of Appeals at its inception in September 1983 and has served continuously as an Associate Judge until his retirement in 2007, then as a specially appointed judge after his retirement; Served as Acting Associate Justice with the South Carolina Supreme Court on several occasions; Served as Assistant Attorney General of South Carolina from 1962 to 1972; Deputy Attorney General of South Carolina from 1973 to 1983; and Chief Deputy Attorney General of South Carolina in 1983.
Born 1935 in Montgomery, Alabama.
