The official hotel for the conference, the Hampton Inn in the historic Vista, is approximately 5 blocks from the School of Law. Parking:

The University is located in the heart of Columbia, so you can imagine parking on the street can be a chore. There is unfortunately no parking at the law school. If you are driving, it is suggested that you use the municipal parking facility located on Park Street (adjacent to the Hilton Columbia Center) This parking garage is for public use and daily parking rates of approximately $10 apply. You can then walk the few blocks to the School of Law. This will avoid you having to leave to feed parking meters. For those staying at the Hampton Inn, there is a surface parking lot behind the facility that is free of charge to hotel guests. Likewise, the Inn at USC has a parking deck for its guests.
