USC School of Law Professor Testifies Before US House of Representatives Committee

When the United States House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure held its hearing Tuesday, July 17, about the status of the nation's waters, they had expert testimony provided by Kim Diana Connolly, associate professor of law at the University of South Carolina School of Law. "I have been asked to provide information about the history of regulation and the current state of play with respect to wetlands and other waters of the United States under the Clean Water Act," Connolly explains.
