Alyson Drake received her J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law in 2012 and her M.L.S. from the University of Maryland's College of Information Studies in 2009. Ms. Drake joined the Law Library faculty as a Reference Librarian in 2012.
Prior to joining the USC faculty, Ms. Drake worked at libraries at American University, the University of Maryland, and Elmira College. During law school, she interned at the Monroe County Conflict Defender's Office in Rochester, NY, and served as a research assistant for Professor Nancy Combs. She also worked as the Managing Editor for William & Mary's Journal of Women and the Law.
Ms. Drake teaches in the first-year Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing program. Her scholarly interests include international criminal law, legal history, and intellectual property.
