Josh Eagle was invited to testify before two subcommittees of Congress on Tuesday, March 24.

The House Natural Resources Committee, Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources, led by Jim Costa (D-CA), and Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife, led by Del. Madeleine Z. Bordallo (D-GU), held a joint oversight hearing on 'Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf and the Future of our Oceans.'
