Professor Joel Samuels discusses Maritime Piracy

Professor Joel Samuels has given several talks on maritime piracy this fall. In September, Professor Samuels spoke at the 2011 Southern High Court Conference in Charleston, SC. On September 26th, Professor Samuels joined Vice Admiral James Houck, Judge Advocate General of the US Navy, at Penn State Law to discuss the law, politics, and history of piracy for the symposium, Perilous Seas: Piracy in the 21st Century.
